Shipping Policy
On this page you will find the countries we deliver to, the shipping costs and estimated delivery times, and the conditions for cash on delivery for orders placed in the DIVAZ online store (divaz.ro and getdivaz.com), operated by THE AXN S.R.L.
COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO
We deliver only to the following 26 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not deliver to any other countries.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Each country has its own shipping cost and its own free shipping threshold, in the currency of that country. Shipping is free when the order total reaches the threshold for the delivery country. The shipping cost for your address is displayed at checkout, before payment.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days from the date the order is shipped (in Romania, 24-48 hours).
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Orders are shipped from the European Union. When your order has been shipped, you will receive the parcel tracking number by email.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered in Romania and Hungary. For this payment method, a fee of 10 lei in Romania or 690 HUF in Hungary is automatically added to the order total. In all other countries, orders are paid in advance online, by card or with a digital wallet.
REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED CASH ON DELIVERY PARCELS
If, as a consumer, you refuse or fail to collect a cash on delivery parcel (Romania and Hungary) without a valid reason, we will consider that you have exercised your right of withdrawal. In this case, you bear only the direct cost of returning the parcel to us, and you will not be charged the standard shipping cost. Details can be found in our returns policy.
Customers who are not consumers bear the shipping and return costs incurred as a result of the refused or uncollected parcel. We may refuse orders from customers who have previously refused or failed to collect cash on delivery parcels.
TAXES
All prices displayed include VAT.
DELAYED OR LOST PARCEL
If the tracking information is no longer being updated, if delivery is delayed, or if the parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please write to us at contact@divaz.ro and include your order number. We will help you as soon as possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at contact@divaz.ro with your order number and the correct address. The sooner you let us know, the better the chance that the address can be corrected before the order is shipped.
RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. All information about returning products can be found in our returns policy.
